Week 2 Done!

Just wrapped up the last workout of the week for week 2. If you need to feel the burn in your arms and shoulders, attempt The Power Walk:

The Power Walk
Perform 5 rounds of the following, resting as needed:

5 Double Swings
5 Double Snatches
10 Step Power Walk (5 presses each arm)
5 Double Swings
5 Double Snatches

The picture above pretty much sums up how I feel after completing The Power Walk. Finished today’s workout with some elephant walk and ab work to keep the savage theme.

Looks like the weekend is knocking at my door and it’s going to try to throw pizza and beer my way. I’ve been on my diet for nearly 2 weeks now and it gets easier and easier to say no to temptation. I’m off to hit the trails on the bike. Till next week savages!
