Winter Riding

Woke up today and decided to do 3 of Keith Weber’s kettlebell complexes: The Man Maker, Upper Body Blast and the Leg Burner from his Extreme kettlebell cardio workout DVD. Then I took an 8 mile bike ride in 2 degree weather here in Chicagoland. Got back home and weighed myself and dropped 2 pounds since yesterday. I’m experimenting with the idea of working out in a fasted state to burn more fat at a faster pace. I’ve lost 9.2 lbs in 26 days and I’m still not done with the month! Eating right and working out is becoming like breathing now that I’ve built up a routine and seeing results.

Everyday I’m getting stronger…savage style.
