TRX Brian Stann Workout

Today I jumped back on the TRX and did the Brian Stann Workout. The workout was a variety of inverted rows and hinges along with some varied squat rows at the end. Another great workout if you’re crunched for time. With the TRX, you get an overall body workout. All movements start as a plank to get the core revved up and work your body in 3D. Workout can be done in 20 minutes.

I followed this workout with 21 minutes of 100 jumpropes/10 burpees for 10 sets. I shaved about 9 minutes from the last time I did this workout.

Next week I should be getting some new kettlebell DvD workouts that I ordered earlier this week. I’ll keep you posted when they arrive. Starting a new focused 60 day challenge this Monday where I’ll be mixing all my kettlebell and trx workouts together.
