Day 7 – Cardio Power & Resistance

I took my rest day yesterday, on Saturday, so I got back on the program today. I didn’t do too bad diet wise this weekend and kept my calorie count low while staying active and moving. I like how just when you think your done with the workout, Shaun T sneaks in 8 hop jumps/8 pushups at the end. My soreness is completely gone. I’m going to pick up the pace for week 2. Back to my kettlebell workout first thing in the morning.
