Day 16 – Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs

Got back on track, I wasn’t feeling my best yesterday and decided to give my body an extra day of rest. This morning I did a strength kettlebell workout followed by cardio abs. Just wrapped up pure cardio this evening. It does feel good to sweat and suffer!

Tomorrow I’m thinking about doubling up my Insanity workouts since cardio recovery is on the schedule so that I can get back on track.

I feel as if doing Insanity is catching up to me and I’m getting a little tired. This is where diet is key and boost up on good carbs for energy.
