Day 17 – Cardio Recovery & CPR

Doubled up today’s workout for missing monday so that now I’m on track. I wish I had a working HRM to track how many calories I’m burning up and to help me pick up my intensity when I know I can do more. I’m in the market for a new HRM and I’m looking at getting a garmin. After a year of use, my old polar ft7 stopped working, even after replacing the old battery. I think Insanity broke my HRM don’t ya think?
