Day 18 – Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Today I experimented cutting back my carbs and paid for it doing the workout today. If your carb cutting make sure to time your carb intake before and after working out to get you through. I finished but was more gassed than usual.

I measured my body fat today and it’s been the lowest in over a year at 20.1%. My goal is to get it into the teens by the end of my second round of Insanity.
