Day 19 – Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs

I did a quick 11 mile bike ride this morning and managed to burn 500 calories. Just wrapped up pure cardio and cardio abs. My quads felt tired from the bike ride and did cardio abs first. I’m a bit ahead of schedule and have already started week 4’s workouts. I still want to finish the week strong and get CPR over with tomorrow. Hard to believe almost a month’s worth of workouts complete!

We’re heading into the weekend and if you ever feel the temptation of noshing on some fast food, just think about eating fast food in front of the mirror…naked.  :O
