Day 39 – Max Interval Plyo and Kettlebell Workout

Did MIP this morning feeling a bit tired from yesterday’s workout but got into it by the time I reached the circuits.

I replaced max recovery today with a kettlebell workout as follows:

2 double kettlebell swings
2 double kettlebell cleans
2 double kettlebell snatches
2 double kettlebell squats

Equals 1 round. Get as many rounds in 15 minutes. Rest as needed. I got 16 rounds in.

Let finish the week strong!
