Day 40 – Max Cardio Conditioning & Cardio Abs

I was feeling sore in my glutes and upper hamstrings from doing the double kettlebell squats last night. I wouldn’t think that all the jumping and stretching in MAC and Cardio Abs would help alleviate my soreness but it did. I’ve already drank a liter for the day so far.

Looking forward to Core Cardio & Balance tomorrow since I skip recovery week and I’ve forgotten all about it since I’ve last done it last summer.
