Day 45 – Max Interval Plyo

The hardest workout of Insanity for me. Today I focused on having correct form on all push ups with elbows pointing to the back of the room and arms close to the body. My arms and shoulders were gassed by the time I reached the last balance push ups. Talk about Push Up City! I even caught myself drooling during level 3 drills.
