TRX Force – Week 2: Day 3

One more workout to complete week 2 and I’m feeling great. I do feel functionally stronger compared to Insanity. Many of the TRX exercises focus on stability and keeping a tight core. Even if the exercises focuses on a certain area you definitely feel it at the other end.

So far my favorite moves have been the explosive exercises. I really like the TRX Burpee as it targets groups of muscle at once. It’s a regular burpee except you have one foot in the straps which makes it harder to balance. It’s a one legged burpee with a push to work your anterior and posterior chains.
