TRX Force Week 2 Complete

This is were all the magic happens, my humble practice ground off the corner in the jungle, my garage. The lack of bells and whistles keeps me focused on the task at hand. I’ve brought my stereo into my workout space to help bring up the level of energy and intensity. As you can see, I don’t have a lot of space. I do move my bikes out of the way and I’m left with 3×4 foot space to jump, pull, push, squat, plank, balance, swear and growl.
