TRX Force: Week 3 – Day 1

Looks like this workout program is not letting up. It’s gradually getting harder. Today’s workout took my a little over an hour. Not only is it a challenge to get through physically but you got to sike yourself out to get through it mentally. Lots of positive thoughts and taking one exercise at a time will get you through to the end. Back at it tomorrow first thing in the morning.
