TRX Force: Week 4 – Day 2

One of the exercises that was included in today’s workout was the atomic pike. I got about 12 reps in 45 seconds in the first round and 13 in the second. With this exercise it’s so easy to talk yourself out of doing your best and wanting to put your knees down. 4 reps in and I’m already looking at the clock and dreading how much time is left. This is when I drawn my attention to my form and focus on doing the correct movement. Before you know it my alarm is ringing and 45 seconds is over. Try it out and see how many you can do.
