TRX Force: Week 4 – Day 3 Kettlebell

Today was the TRX Plus 1 challenge but I decided to go back to kettlebells for this day. Here’s today’s kettlebell complex that’s good to lift your heart rate up and work on your conditioning.

2 reps of double kettlebell swings
2 reps of double kettlebell snatch
2 reps double kettlebell squats
Equals 1 round. Try to do as many rounds as you can with correct form in 20 minutes. Take as much rest as needed. I was able to do 31 rounds. New personal best.
