TRX Force: Month 1 Complete

Today I’m a third of the way of finishing my second round of the TRX Tactical Force Conditioning Program. In my first round it took me 17 weeks to complete the 12 week program due to getting injured riding my bike, getting sick, and harboring nasty hangovers on a couple of weekends that kept me from finishing in the allotted time. Hard to get results that way. One of my goals is to finish the program in the 12 weeks without falling behind. Next month promises new exercises to be thrown into the mix and getting my body ready for the summer.
