TRX Force: Week 8 – Day 3 – Kettlebells

Today I took a break and jumped on some kettlebell complexes. Set the timer for 35 minutes, rest as needed, warm up and go!

Man Maker
10 Thrusters each side
10 Clean and Press each side
10 Overhead Squats each side
10 Windmills each side
10 Snatches each side

Upper Body Blast – Complete left arm first before moving to the right arm
10 Windmills
10 Presses
10 Cleans
10 2 Handed Curls
10 One Arm Rows
10 Pushups – Hand on floor other on kettlebell
10 Upright Rows
10 Hot Potatoes

Leg Burner
10 Overhead Squats each side
10 Squat – Leg Kicks each side
10 Overhead Lunges each side
10 Tactical Lunges each side
10 Swings each side
20 Body Weight Squats
