TRX Force: Week 9 – Day 1

I’m into my last month of using the TRX Tactical Force Conditioning Program and I feel that all my intentions comes from my core. I have to give credit to the TRX as all movements start with a plank, firing up the core. I know this month is going to go by as a blur and I can’t wait to weight myself to see how much I’ve lost at the end of 12 weeks.
