TRX Force: Week 9 – Day 2

Today’s TRX’s strength phase focused on the legs. Try the following back-to back-to back leg sequences with no rest in between movements.

 

TRX Abducted Lunge – 12 reps each leg
TRX Squat Row (Single Arm/Single Leg) – 10 reps each leg
TRX Lunge – 10 reps each leg
