TRX Force: Week 11 – Day 2

I got 6 more workouts to complete the TRX Tactical Force Conditioning Program. I took a peak at tomorrow’s workout and it looks like TRX throws you everything and the kitchen sink. Inclines to 1 arm incline rows, burpees, 1 legged squats and presses. I’m definitely going to feel it tomorrow!
