Short but Sweet

Today was one of those days where you try to talk yourself out of working out. After spending the weekend indulging, it’s hard to get back to the routine of throwing some weight around. I figured even if it’s a short workout, it’s still better than nothing.

I did 10 reps of the 6 basic kettlebell movements on both sides: swing, squat, snatch, clean, highpulls and clean and press.
