Another Day, Another Kettlebell Interval Workout

I’ve been doing the Kettlebell Interval workout from last week except I added another round. For my 3rd round, I dropped weight down to 26 pound kettlebell. My grip was getting taxed and my form was getting sloppy. I finished the round and did 8 sets of jumprope for 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off.
