Burpee Challenge

Today was my off day but I just found out about a challenge from the Spartan Race website. It’s a doable challenge that you do 30 burpees for 30 days.

I jumped rope for 3 minutes to warm up and did 3 sets of 10 burpees in under 7 minutes. Today was day 1 for me and will finish in the next 29 days. I will use this challenge as a warm up for my kettlebell workouts.

As I continue the challenge, I plan on increasing my reps of 10 into as few sets as possible to minimize my rest period.

Nothing to it but to do it. Let habit be your master. Time to go gorilla for the last part of the year.
