Kettlebell Ladder

This week, I wanted to try something different than last week’s kettlebell intervals. A simple exercise that you can get done when you’re short on time. This kettlebell ladder will give you a full body workout. I warmed up with burpees and was able to do 20 in a row beating my previous best of 17 in a row yesterday.

Kettlebell Ladder
Start at 10 reps down to 1 rep

Warmup: 30 Burpees

Double Kettlebell Swing
Double Front Kettlebell Squat
