I’m past a week into the Spartan Race 30 Burpees in 30 Days Challenge and decided to mix it up a bit. After nailing 23 burpees in a row, I’m confident that I’ll reach 30 in a row no problem. Today, I wanted to incorporate the Burpee Challenge into my main workout and perhaps surpass more than 30 burpees…SwingingBurpeeGetUps.

When I reached the 5th rung and introduced the Turkish Get Ups, that’s when I started to sweat…and curse.

At the end, I did a total of 55 burpees and it didn’t seem or feel like it. But I might feel it tomorrow and the day after that.

SwingingBurpeeGetUps Ladder
10 to 1. At the 5th rung add get ups into the ladder. Complete all reps of the Kettlebell Turkish Get Up on one side before switching to the other side.

Go heavy and swing for the fences!
