Today went out to take advantage of all the snow we’ve had that last couple days and grabbed my cross country skis. Wasn’t worried about how far I’ll go or how much calories I’ll burn so I didn’t bother with the heart rate monitor. I just wanted to glide until I couldn’t feel my fingers.

I was already warmed up by the time I got home, so I grabbed my 16kg bell and aimed for 300 kettlebell swings. My previous max was 160. I got 300 in 22 and half minutes breaking after 30-40 reps. I’ve always heard about the benefits of doing 100-300 swings a day.  I’m thinking about doing a workout that involves performing kettlebell swings with jump roping when “resting” at the end of a fast for maximum fat burn.
