Day 7 – Strength

It never get easier, you just get stronger!

I was able to dig and find my pair of 20 pound dumbbells so that I could follow along at the same pace as the video instead of using a pair of 26 pound kettlebells. They made doing the hip flys a lot easier. It was another tough workout, especially with the dumbbell series. They almost feel never ending. I’m glad to get the hard part of my day done and over with this morning.
