Day 16 – Vertical Plyo

Today’s workout highlight was I was able to reach 28 double unders in the one minute active rest. I hit 13 in a row. I kept hitting the rope while doing the double unders during warm up but once my body was warmed, I done took off.

I finished the workout doing 3 sets of 12 knee tucks using the TRX with a couple pendulum swing tucks at the end.

I spent about $100 on lean meat, nuts, veggies and fruit over the weekend. I’m begging the universe to bring me back my abs godspeed.
