Day 17 – Strength

Feels great to complete Speed & Agility, Vertical Plyo and Strength on back to back to back days. I’m still 3 reps from complete the whole dumbbell series. I always run out of gas around the 4th rep of level 3 dumbbell series with a pair of 20 lb bells. It a great modification to the burpee.
