Day 20 – Vertical Plyo

I thought it was a bit cruel to do Vertical Plyo today after doing Overtime yesterday. My thighs above the knee area was feeling it today but felt better as the workout progressed. I was able to reach 29 double unders in a row and did 51 in a minute beating my previous best.

I really wanted to punish my legs today and drown them in lactic acid so I went on a 17.5 mile bike ride after Vertical Plyo. Came home and walked the dogs for a half mile. I’m afraid if I sit down, I won’t be able to get up.
