Day 1 – Speed and Agility

Between today and yesterday’s fit test, my lats are feeling it the most. I moved into my garage to do Asylum and still manage to work up a sweat in 30 degrees. I definitely overlooked the agility ladder as a fitness tool. It can bring a lot of variation to a cardio workout. After the workout, I practiced my jump roping for a couple minutes to improve my warm up. Having problems with the criss cross.

Next time I’m in the mood for some fast food and beer, I’ll just think about bear crawls, in&out progressions and mountain climbers. I’ve been drinking 3 liters of water daily and practicing portion control.

Like they say, “You can’t out run a bad diet!”
